We provide tea, coffee, cereal, bread butter and jam in the units and guests prepare their own breakfast to suit their own needs, desires and schedule.

Joe has made a train for his grandaughter, from a surplus beer keg. Of course he still has another keg to produce his famous Home-brew beer. Guests are welcome to join him in a glass (or two).

We provide shovels to dig "hot pools," a "sit on top" kayak for guests to use in the creek (not the sea), flashlights (torches) to go to beach when low tide is after dark, an outside hot shower to "de-sand" in and a guest laundry with washing machine ($3 per load) and drier $2 per load).
